Holiday Season 2017 Open Hours
Please note that during the Holiday Season this year we will be operating on a different schedule. Each office location will be open and closed as follows:
PEORIA:
Peoria will be closed December 23rd through January 1st. We resume regular office hours on Tuesday January 2nd.
TOLLESON:
Tolleson will be closed December 24th through January 1st. We resume regular office hours on Tuesday January 2nd.
CHANDLER:
Chandler will be closed December 22nd through December 26th and then we will re-close December 29th through January 1st.
Dr Dykman is going to see patients on December 27th and 28th from 7AM to 5PM
If you have an emergency, please call our office as we have staff on-duty to handle emergency situations.
