The Drs. at E&S Orthodontics are excited to announce the launch of our new and improved Patient Rewards Hub.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Patient Rewards Hub, the Drs. created this program to help our patients move through treatment with as much success as possible. We know that braces can sometimes be tricky, especially with young children. We decided to create some fun for our patients to not only achieve that wide beautiful smile they have always wanted but to earn rewards along the way.
An Innovative Way To Keep Patients Engaged
The Patient Rewards Hub is an innovative way to keep patients engaged in their treatment and their oral hygiene by rewarding them for various reasons. Patients earn points by being on time for their appointment, scheduling for one of the least preferred appointment times, wearing your practice t-shirt to your appointment, having excellent oral hygiene, having nothing loose or broken, and wearing your appliance as instructed. Yes, that includes your retainers.
That’s just the beginning of how to earn points.
The Patient Rewards Hub also offers our patients the ability to leave a review, refer a friend or a family member and participate in patient surveys. All of these will give you additional points in the office. We also have office promotions that run within the office which can lead to additional points to those who choose to participate.
